What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Our standard delivery time is 5-10 business days, depending on your location. We’ll keep you updated with tracking information so you can monitor your order’s progress.
What is your return policy if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?
We provide a refund on the price of the rug only. We do not cover freight charges. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the rug if you would like to proceed with a refund. All freight costs are payable by you, the customer. Returns must be packaged securely. All rugs must show no signs of wear or use. M & M's Rugs / mmrugs.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns not in original condition.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
We’re here to help. Please reach out to us with your order number and photos handy. We will work as quickly as possible to resolve your issue.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Please reach out to us in regard to which rug you are interested in finding out about! We will contact our supplier if needed and get back to you.
Can I get a custom sized rug?
Most of our wool rugs can be produced to custom sizes - please allow up to 16 weeks for production to complete. In regard to our synthetic range, we will have to cut down an existing size and overlock. If you do need a custom size, reach out to use with your required dimensions and we will organise a quote for you.
